REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Omani Bazaar return and replacement provides customers with a clear vision of when and how they can return a product in a way that keeps customers satisfied and company rights reserved.
- For Return & Exchange of product/s, call us Helpline Number (99332847) or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance within 10 days of delivery.
- After raising the request for return or replacement we will get back to you within 48hrs .
For Return and Replacement, the product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice, If the customer does not have the original copy of the Invoice the customer can provide the Invoice/Order number, mobile number provided during the invoicing of the product.
- The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition, with all the original packaging material, accessories, manuals, registration cards, free of cost (FOC)/bundled product/s and promotional vouchers.
- Return and replacement is not possible if the product is not in resalable condition.
